By combining existing technology with Germany’s intelligent advanced Industry 4.0 technology, it solves the problem of dry pre separation and waste disposal of ore and fills the domestic gap. This experimental area is equipped with an industrial sorting experimental production line, which can separate ores ranging from 1-300mm. Its working principle is that all ores are identified one by one when passing through sensors, and the identified data is transmitted to a computer control system for analysis and comparison. The analysis instructions are then transmitted to the subsequent executing mechanism, and useful minerals and waste rocks are separated through the blowing system to achieve the function of pre-selection and waste disposal. The industrial application significance of this method replaces manual manual selection, reduces labor intensity, throws away waste rocks in the ore, improves the ore grade before grinding, thereby reducing grinding costs, reducing the production of fine tailings after grinding, reducing tailings inventory reserves, and effectively reducing the environmental pressure brought by tailings.
X-ray intelligent sorting area

Superconducting magnetic separation test area
The low-temperature superconducting magnetic separator is one of the magnetic separation equipment with high global magnetic field strength in the joint research and development of Huate and the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The traditional electromagnetic high gradient magnetic separator has a maximum magnetic field strength of only 1.8 Tesla, and the low-temperature superconducting magnetic separator can reach 8.0 Tesla.
