Liquid Pipeline Type Permanent Magnetic Separator
Application
The liquid pipeline type permanent magnetic separator is composed of an annular magnetic grid (multiple strong magnetic rods are arranged and fixed in a ring) and a stainless steel shell, the flanges at both ends of the shell are connected to the inlet and outlet pipes. When the slurry passes through the liquid pipeline permanent magnetic separator, the magnetic impurities are effectively adsorbed on the surface of the strong magnetic rod.
The annular magnetic grid structure allows the slurry to tumble multiple times in the magnetic separator, completely separating magnetic impurities from non-magnetic materials, effectively reducing the risk of magnetic impurities adsorbed on the surface of the magnetic rod being taken away by the flowing slurry. The quality of the concentrate is greatly improved. The liquid pipeline type permanent magnetic separator is mainly used to separation iron from pipelines before dehydration of materials such as lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide. It is widely used in medicine, chemical industry, papermaking, non-metallic minerals, refractory materials, battery positive and negative electrode materials and other industries.
Technical Features

◆ Temperature resistance: the maximum temperature resistance can reach 350° C; Pressure resistance: the maximum pressure resistance can reach 10bar;
◆ Surface treatment: sandblasting, wire drawing, mirror polishing, meeting food grade requirements
◆ Connection with pipeline: flange, clamp, thread, welding, etc.
Slurry requirements: viscosity is 1000~5000 centipoise; magnetic substance content: less than 1%;
Working period: The magnetic content of about 1% can be flushed every 10 to 30 minutes,and the PPM level can be flushed every 8 hours.
It needs to be continuously adjusted based on actual usage data to achieve the best results.
