The HTDZ series High Gradient Slurry Electromagnetic Separator is the latest magnetic separation product developed by our company.The background magnetic field can reach 1.5T and the magnetic field gradient is large.The medium is made of special magnetically permeable stainless steelto meet the beneficiation needs of different regions and types of minerals.
Application
Suitable for iron removal and purification of non-metallic minerals such as quartz, feldspar, kaolin, etc. It can also be used for wastewater treatment in steel mines and power plants, as well as cleaning contaminated chemical raw materials.

After the excitation coil is energized, the surface of sorting medium 3 in the sorting chamber induces a high gradient super strong magnetic field.Medium 3 has an adsorption effect on magnetic substances in the slurry, which can achieve the separation of magnetic and non magnetic substances.The concentrate slurry is discharged from the equipment through the slurry outlet pipeline 5.After the coil is powered off, the high-pressure water pump flushes water, and the magnetic impurities adsorbed on medium 3 are discharged from the slag outlet pipeline 8 to form tailings.The above work process is completed by program automation to control the opening and closing of pneumatic valves, as well as the start and stop of coils and water pumps, which can reliably and efficiently complete equipment automation operations.

◆ Unique electromagnetic coil design and efficient cooling method.
The excitation coil of the electromagnetic slurry high gradient magnetic separator adopts fully sealed cooling oil for cooling.The excitation coil is cooled by ordinary national standard No. 25 transformer oil, and the external high- efficiency heat exchanger is used for oil-water heat exchange. The cooling speed is fast, and the coil temperature is stable, ensuring a stable magnetic field.

The medium is made of special magnetically permeable stainless steel, which can generate a gradient magnetic field of more than 1.7 times under the excitation of the background magnetic field. It has a strong attraction effect on low- content weak magnetic impurities and has a good iron removal effect.

The electromagnetic coil adopts a multi-layer winding structure
and is immersed in transformer oil, which doubles the heat
transfer area of the coil.and forms a relatively independent
cooling oil channel between each layer of coil,effectively
controlling the flow of cooling oil and realizing the rapid heat
exchange between the coil and the transformer oil, ensuring that
the temperature rise of the coil is not greater than 25℃ .

the transformer oil through the heat exchanger can obtain a

Main Technical Parameters:
Model selection method: in principle, the model selection of equipment is subject to the amount of mineral slurry. When separating minerals using this kind of equipment, the slurry concentration has certain influence on the mineral processing index. To get better mineral processing index, please reduce the slurry concentration properly. If the ratio of magnetic materials in the mineral feed is slightly high, the processing capacity will be limited to the total catching amount of magnetic materials by magnetic medium. In this case, the feed concentration should be reduced appropriately.
