It is mainly used to remove ferromagnetic particles from slurry materials, and is widely used in battery positive and negative materials, ceramics, kaolin, quartz(silica), clay, feldspar and other industries.
Working Principle
When the excitation coil is energized, the surface of the sorting matrix in the sorting chamber will induce a high-gradient super-strong magnetic field. The ore slurry enters the separation chamber from the slurry inlet pipe at the bottom of the equipment, and the separation of magnetic and non-magnetic substances is completed through the adsorption of the matrix,the concentrate slurry is discharged from the equipment through the slurry discharge pipe and works for a period of time.
When the adsorption capacity of the matrix reaches saturation, the feed is stopped, after the slurry in the separation chamber is discharged from the equipment through the middling return pipeline, the excitation is stopped, high-pressure flushing water is passed into the separation chamber, and the magnetic impurities in the separation chamber are discharged from the equipment through the slag discharge pipeline. The above working process is completed by program automation to control the opening and closing of pneumatic valves and the start and stop of coils and water pumps. Complete equipment automation operations reliably and efficiently.

◆ High-pressure water washes back and forth, removes iron cleanly, and leaves no residues.When the equipment removes iron, high-pressure water is used to clean the matrix and the iron is unloaded cleanly. The cleaning time can be set according to different minerals and stages to improve processing efficiency.
